Shyam had seen audit from both sides of the table, first as an auditor at PwC and later from the finance side as a CFO. Across both roles, he saw how much skilled audit work still depended on repetitive processes and technology that had not kept pace with how audit teams needed to work.
Rohith came from building and operating in fast-moving technology businesses. Across Flipkart, Zepto and Gameskraft, he saw how the right systems could simplify complex workflows, improve execution and help teams scale. His perspective was simple: technology should reduce friction and let people focus on work that requires judgement.
