You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finspectors Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
